DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 hours if items are damaged. To process a claim, we will need:
· Photos of the damaged goods
· Your order number
Once we receive and review the evidence, we will issue a partial refund or replacement. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on any reissued orders.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Histrinne's Eatery Catering is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
